From floorplan to final walkthrough.

Every GM project follows the same four phases. Most kitchens take twelve weeks from contract to install. Closets and baths run faster.

— Step01Consult

Listen first, then measure.

Free first consultation, in-home or in our showroom. We talk about how the household actually lives — who cooks, where the kids sit, what's in your closet that you keep tripping over.

We measure on the second visit, after a project is committed.

Duration · 1–2 weeks
— Step02Design

Drawings, in three rounds.

Hand-drafted elevations first, then 3D renderings, then a final shop drawing set. Two rounds of revisions are standard. We don't fabricate until you've signed off on the cabinet drawings and the finish samples.

Duration · 3–5 weeks
— Step03Fabricate

Cut, sanded, sprayed — under one roof.

Fabrication happens in our Edgewater workshop. Cabinets are built to the shop drawings, finished in our climate-controlled spray booth, and individually photographed before they leave the floor.

Duration · 5–7 weeks
— Step04Install

Delivered, fitted, walked through.

Our installation crew handles delivery and final fitting on-site. Most projects install in two to four days. We close every project with a walkthrough — and a punch list, if needed.

Duration · 2–4 days on site
Frequently Asked

Common questions before a commission.

What does a typical kitchen cost?
GM kitchens range from $35K for a galley in our entry melamine line to $180K+ for a full custom commission with imported veneers and stone. Most projects land in the $60–95K range. We give a project-specific bracket at the first consult.
How long from contract to installation?
Twelve weeks is typical for a kitchen. Closets and baths run six to eight. Larger whole-home commissions are scheduled in phases.
Do you work outside Florida?
We deliver across Florida and have completed projects in New York, Atlanta and Charleston. For projects beyond a six-hour drive, we partner with local installers under our supervision.
Do you handle stone & counters?
Yes. We template, fabricate and install stone tops in-house through our partner yard. One contract, one warranty.
What's the warranty?
Ten years on construction (cabinetry, drawer slides, hinges). Lifetime on finish for owner-occupied homes.
Can my designer collaborate with you?
Absolutely — we work directly with interior designers, architects and developers across Florida. We can quote to designer drawings or contribute our own.
